International Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop existing client's relations by understanding their business and devising a strategy as to what they might need to further enhance their business digitally. 
  • Using all tools to convince clients for new products and services including emails, phone calls and upsell materials
  • Updating clients of existing promotional offers
  • Also, conducting marketing research and introducing new products or services that customers may be interested in and would open doors to more avenues for the company.
  • Researches, drafts proposals for clients, follow-up and assure client converts for further products . 
  • Handling client concerns on the way and assuring client is 100% satisfied with his project 
  • Get reviews on their clients on trustpilot and other similar sites.
